Additional Condenser for voltage regulator
As the Isetta ages, it has problems maintaining the correct charging voltage.
Even if the controller is intact, there are voltage peaks of over 13.8 volts, the ignition capacitor then usually burns out and the Isetta then misfires up to the point of total ignition failure.
In order to regulate the charging voltage peaks, the additional capacitor is installed on the regulator. Including installation instructions!
